I have found all three pieces, watched the dragon kill the old dude and now I cannot get access to the Mavin....what can I do to finish this God-foresaken quest. In the walkthrough there is talk of a shroud, but none of my characters seem to have it. Also there is mention of an eye that I was supposed to get when I killed that water dragon thingy in the water room for a magic user quest. I killed the thing and can't find any eyes....please help! Thanks in advance for your response!

Hi,
the shroud is to be found in another dungeon (should I say Shur***?). the snake-eye-thingy does only work, if you already _have_ the quest. regards, Brandanus. |

Thanks for your response. However, I have already conquered Shuregon Castle and somehow lost the Sroud. Now I can't finish dragonspire....am I finished? Are there any cheats out there that can get me the Shroud (and the Baton for that matter) so that I don't have to use my W & W disc as a coaster as I will not restart the game!

Spoiler coming up  - - - - - - - - - - - - - Don't give up on the game!!! You said that you've already completed Shurugeon Castle, but did you take a close look at the room where you encountered Haleabus? When you kill him a secret door opens up. There you'll find two chests, and in one of them is the Shroud of Elsera. To get the Mavin Sword you'll have to first select the secred word (Elseramavin) from the dialogue option list and then give Erathmeador the shroud. Then the Mavin sword should be yours for the taking! //Jazzid
