Where is it? I've seen mention of it several times in this forum over the past couple weeks. I've dragged a very fine-toothed comb through Nashkel looking for it, I've checked the spoiler page here at Ironworks, even read a walkthrough on the game (which, FYI, is pretty much against my religion), and found NOTHING!!! Should I check with the sock-monster?

Someone please enlighten me. I'm getting frustrated....

You can get the exact location from this thread. Its by a tree in the westide of the map. Some fool has hidden it in the field. BTW, have you found the nifty Ring of Wizardry? Thats pretty useful too...

Like most of the Easter Egg treasures in BG1 you won't find it without the exact co-ordinates, which I can't remember. It's down in the bottom corner at the edge of the ploughed field - maybe someone else knows the x,y points.

I have linked to the thread that reveals the exact co-ordinates of the plate mail, but here are the co-ordinates anyway. x=185, y=2743.

"arroir?" I think you meant to type "warrior," but I can't be too sure.

Actually, one of the hidden caches CAN be found accidentally--the little nook in the map south of Nashkel (the map with Larry, Darryl & Darryl) is just big enough to stumble upon.

Sorry it's taken me so long to reply, here. I got a Game Cube and Metroid Prime a few weeks ago. Seems my times been being sucked up by that lately. More games to get addicted to, and one's that I haven't trashed already, to boot! LOL

Thank you very much, Raistlin. I appreciate you taking the time to help me. Haven't found that Ring yet, no. Is it in the same spot, or is it part of a different cache?

And Arias, FYI, I already HAVE slain one (give or take a few dozen), and had it's hide made into stiff clothing. But I'm an inquiring mind, and it pissed me off that there was something in the game that I couldn't find after such an intensive search.

And we'll close this with a few words of wisdom. Don't tell Minsc anything about Richard Gere. I made that mistake. Boo is still missing.
