just finished anephas shrine. where do i go now.

Explore the sea, then time to visit Collasium (assuming you have got your breathers and masks from all the shells etc)

Did you raise Anephas??

Not far from where you raise Anephas there is a door in a ruined room that will now be opened and give you access to the Lost Sea area.
