Hey, i heard that i find that beast near the dead body that gives me the scroll to get in the stout mines, but here goes, i found the scroll, openeed the chest and i didnt see that monster anywwhere, am i wrong or it is supposed to be somewhere else? ive been looking everywhere i think.

Try searching the area between where you found the writ on the dead body and the graveyard to the NW that Jathil is always searching to find. I generally found the werewolf in that area (closer to the graveyard than the burnt body).

I'm sure that you need the Werewolf quest in order to "find" that monster. Do you have that?
