I'm in the stout mine and want to go down to the old, closed section.
I spoke to the king about it and it seems to me that I need to go down with the first cart to get a fix for the second cart. BUT I cant use the first cart! One lever i obviously broken, and the other says that it isn't working. Please help! |

The king has to say that he's sending a worker to start up the trolley system before you can use the first cart. You can then hop on board and use the lever.
