You need to be able to post your picture someplace online and then put in the directions to that picture here such as:
[img = http://www.mysiteonline.com/mygif.jpg ] without the spaces in there. For other useful tips - read the help file accessable by clicking help at the top left of the screen. Funny thing happened when I tried to post this for you - I made up a silly url and posted and the site ends up being real!! So went back into modify the post and foolishly forgot that if I don't put in the spaces the board it going to go looking for a nonexistant picture and just end up displaying an "X" no picture found symbol!
