Hrm... Once again I believe I have missed something little... I can't swim down into the 4th cage just past the rotating room to grab that last piece of the tablet. I opened them in clockwise order, so I got to the "bottomless" cage last - is that what's causing me problems? I just don't seem to fit. I knew those huge oomphaz would hurt me in the end! =) Anyone run into this before? I've tried from all sides and with much diligence (I've spent 15 minutes smacking my monitor and bumping into the top of the cage... grrr)

If you have a smaller character (pixie, ratling) try selecting him/her as your primary. This technique has helped me in a couple of tight situations.

I just played through Collassium (for the third time [yes, I have very little life ]); my party was an Oomphaaz, Warlock at the time -- he fit in the grate fine. As you enter the room, it's the first on the right, the switch on the wall just to the right of it.

Yes, I did beat the game without cheating playing with only an Oomphaaz Wiz/Warlock/Zen with Pole/Staff, spawn often and difficulty hard. I'd always preferred Warriors/Rogues to the casters, and still prefer to play like that, but I thought it would be interesting -- and it most certainly was that...
