I can't find the arcane prisoner. I heard he was in a room off of the torture chamber. Where exactly? I have a heretic key and a serpent key. Will either of those work to get to the prisoner?

I thought it was a room off the spider squish thingy - you're in the right viciity - use spirit eye to look for locks / levers on the wall.

He is in the room that lies between the room with the brazier and the iron poker, and the room with the spider nectar press. This room has a cell in the North wall (if I remember correctly); you'll need the Monkey key from the Inquisitor for it, whom you should have encountered close to the six rooms with the coin slot and the levers. You should be able to see the prisoner through slits in the wall.
