Not far from the prisoner is a room with a large wheel. over in the corner you will see a press. there is a door to the right of the press. Go in the door and you will see two halls the one going up goes into the room with the grate. Place a spider egg (drop) there and go back to the hall that leads down. Place a flask under the spout. Go back to the large wheel and "turn" it until the narrator describes a squish. Go get your nectar.

PS I think the vital info he gives you is for the ceremony for the brazier ceremony to summon the naga. Search this engine for summon naga or naga. You will need one incense, one spider nectar, one serpent wand and the book of serpent with the answers to her questions.
