In my party I have Main, Imoen, Khalid, Jahira, Viconia and Edwin. What level should I have all these at to stand a chance against sarevok, what spells should I have memmed, and can you please tell me of any tactics to use in this fight, id very much appreciate the help ![]() Thankyou

First off, do you have the expansion.
If you don't read here. Before you initiate Dialouge, summon thousands of monsters, as much as you can. Then, have a wand of fireball. Do not get the enemies or him in sight, but use the wand were the radius would hit all of em. Eventually, all his goonies die, and he won't come after you. Sarevok won't be affected due to magic resistance. THen, lure him to you, and let him attack the monsters. Have all of your guys use missle weapons against him, that'll kill him. It worked for my bro. If you do have the Expansion, i can't help ya. |

The tactic you suggested sounds great, however, I DO have the expansion pack installed, what does this mean? Cant I use the above way to kill his cronies for some reason?

When I fought him in the end It took me about 6 tries to figure out a strategy, and it wasn't a very good one but it worked. You use a cloaker to sneak along the sides, watch out for traps, and keep Sarevok outta sight, just his henchmen. Try and get a Fireball to hit all his other guys but not him cuz when i did he attacked me. Lots of summened still helps, but the mages will be casting protection from magic weapons and normal missles and such. But if you can lure his other tank and mages away you have a chance. and if your Lucky Entangle can grab the mages if they come close. The biggest draw back i had to this was I'd lose about half my party before I killed them all, bad role playing.. but i DID kill Sarevok and win.

Another tactic I've tried, and works for the most part is luring Sarevok out into the open. First I make myself invisible, and also make certain you have the ring that protects you from being held, because the ogre man, one of Sarevok's henchmen, will cast stink cloud, but a web trap also fires out at you. Kill the ogre, (can't recall his name at the moment), but make certain to summon lots of monsters, I usually go in with three wands of summoning at the very least. (Just in case.) After killing Tavok? Work your way up the right side, making certain to keep your summoned beasts close to the front door, and inch your way over the Sarevok, but DON'T actually put him into view. Now what you do here is crucial. Move up two summoned monsters, preferably wolves because they move faster. If you get them close enough to Sarevok, with your standing there, he'll attack the monsters, but move your character back to the front door along with the summoned monsters Sarevok is attacking. Sarevok will follow the monsters all the way to the bottom of the screen and that's where you want to fight. At this distance from his goons all you should have to worry about is Sarevok himself. (Keep fingers crossed.) Hit 'em with everything you've got!
