- - - - - - - - They are quest items. You will be approached at sometime by a bandit (Niklos IIRC) who wants you to meet his employer. Agree and the result will be that you will be given the related quest. |

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Go to the main room of the Thieves Guild (in BG city), just to the north there should be a long room with the leader thief and another guy in it. Talk to the leader (he's the one who gave you the quest). |
