http://www.wyndzofwar.com/ Make sure you set up a file and name it portraits and when you down load the portraits make sure they are saved as BMP.and not JPEG or they won't work in the game.this site has a couple hunderd protraits and links to more.

Is the site down, I just tried it and it's not working...
And is the PORTRAITS folder made in C:/XXXX/BlackIsles/IcewinddaleII ? or is there another extension

Don't Know where he is I just downloaded about 20 portraits from this site a few days ago. I'll see if I cant find one of the other links and post it in a few minutes.

The portrait folder does not exist. You are going to have to create it. Here are some other sites -

Mike (Wyndz of War) and I (dkubach) are working on a new joint IWD2 portrait site. We are in the process of (re)building the old Wyndzofwar site. We also have a lot of new portraits in the works, and are doing some extensive editing on the older portraits as well. The site should be up in a while, but no timeframe is available at this time, sorry. The old site was suffering serious bandwidth issues and we are trying to work on reducing the drain on resources caused by the massive number of downloads. Stay tuned for further annoucements!! [img]smile.gif[/img]
PS: WoW's old site had HellKittyDan's portraits on it as well for a while, but I am not sure if they will still be on the new site or not.
