Vale of Shadows! Help Needed!!!

I'm in the Vale of Shadows, and in the main dungeon area theres the 3 locked doors. My thief has absolutely zero luck in picking the lock, and my party can't force open the doors. How do you open them? Thanks!

Have you explored the rest of the vale outside yet? There are several crypts you should explore first.

Yeah,explore all the other caves first then hit the big one last. You'll get keys in each except for one I think. I just kept them all until I was done with the Vale as they don't indicate which one opens what. On the second level of the large tomb you'll need to find the "hidden" lever to get to level 3.

You'll also need a "special item" on that level to be able to pull the lever in the first place. HINT: it has something to do with wolves.

Wa? Keys??? The only key I've found is the gate key!!!!

I think that is the one. You should now be able to open one of the three doors.

The gate key opens the first door that gets you into the place with all the green pools of stuff. I'm still exploring [img]smile.gif[/img]

There should be 5 corridors in the main area of level one of the Vale. 3 of these corridors are locked doors. The other 2, I believe are not doors. Within those corridors, I believe you will find the keys to unlock the other doors. Be sure to check each area for various treasures. A tip to help you out is to hold the "Alt" key. That will hilight any area where a treasure can be found or a door that can be opened (either by key or just by hand). You can move your characters around while holding the "Alt" key. It's very useful in places like the Severed Hand.
