I would like to know what you think the most interesting quest is. I personally think the all the quests from Ulgoth's beard are really original and fun (except Durlag's tower is really hard).

Durlag's Tower was definately the best. Even though I spent a lot of time getting info from this very forum. It was the first quest I was actually challenged by.

Oh, heck yeah, Durlag's is definitely a challenge. I personally think that the 4 warders are the hardest fight ever, but maybe thats just me. I haven't been to Sarevok yet (and I'm assuming he has henchmen), but I've been spoiled by pretty easy fights like Sarevoks Acolytes. Sure, my strategy was cheesy, but its a habit from BG2. And nobody died. The best use of stragey ive ever seen was on the mage prison you were sent to by Shandalar. 2 scrolls of protection from magic, two paladins, and nothin can touch you in there. Glad I saved shose scrolls.

I like Minsc's quest the best, simply because you get to mow through all the gnolls.

You have to climb up this small stairway that's to the right of the main path. It's pretty hard to see, I had to consult a guide to find her after I had searched (I thought) the entire area. The plus side is I found the tome on my own.

Durlag's Tower, most definately. Unfourtanately, i didn't know of IW yet, so i had to go threw the grief of painstaking puzzles. I kinda miss that. That was a true quest. Of all of the quests in the BG Saga, thats the best. Beats ToB, and SoA!

Oh, yeah, Durlag's Tower was THE quest in all of the Baldur's Gate series. A real challenge. In SOA and TOB, you're high levels, and most likely have not reached the exp cap. In the tower, you were most likely at the experience cap, or would have attained that level by the end of the dungeons. It was straight skill from there, no more advancing THAC0s, no better saves, that was it. And you had better hope you didn't screw up your leveling up either. End up with 3 fighters with 3 stars in halbard, only to find very halbards. Thats sucks, I've been there (but not to that extreme), and it was in IWD.
