Search the Warder's bodies properly - one of them should have a runestone which will open the door.

One of the warders will have the rune stone. If you can't find it make sure it isn't already in your inventory. It could be a glitch preventing the rune from spawning (in which case CLUA could be justified). Beyond that I have no real idea.
