Otiluke's Resilient sphere

If your character is under the effect of Otiluke's Resilient sphere and your other members of the party kill an enemy does the character under the effect of Otiluke's Resilient sphere receive the experience for the enemy which has just been killed?

I havent checked, but from a technical perspective it would seem unlikly that you would lose out on experience. As far as I know, nothing short of death effects experience. Ill try it tonight and get back to you if its different.

Thanks for the info but it turns out your character under the influence of otiluke's resilient sphere does not receive experience when your party kills someone as on the last battle i started cast the spell and then killed 3 of the minions totalling to about 55,000 experience. My mage who has the spell cast on her received no experience and when she came out of the spell she received only 6,500 experience.As three members of my party were alive and i killed a cornagun (19,500 exp i think) and my mage got 6500 exp which is 19,500 exp divided by 3 meaning only one of the enemies killed (which was after she had come out of the spell) gave the xperience to her.So you don't get exp when you're under the efect of the spell.
