Larrel will not talk to me, I have given all the parts for the machine now he just makes a wooshing sound when I goto talk to him, help me please?

There is another elf in the tower - have you talk to him after giving all four pieces? He will say the machine is fixed - Then you should be able to talk to Larrel

Try what AR-Cunin suggests, and if that doesn't work, let me know.
*sigh* this may be another corrupted dialgoue file problem, and if ar-cunin's solution doesn't work I can probably e-mail you Larrel's dialogue file. Your file may have gotten corrupted during download.
