O.K., Arundel is dead. He says I can use the World map to continue but only the same old places show. Where do I go next? Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know how many times I've seen people not bother to use the scroll functions on the world map. But give it a shot, and you'll see the Severed Hand at the bottom.
