I have a question. Is it possible to get BG2 and ToB on DVD anywhere? (For example the collector's edition or just SoA/ToB on DVD)

I don't know that is was ever released on DVD? I think Collector's Edition still has it on CD. It may be fewer discs, because they improved on compression technologies.

Well you could always just make yourself a DVD version if you have/no someone who has a DVD writer.

Is that possible? And how do I do it? Do I just burn it like other CDs?

I was just browsing through Amazon (English), and I found this. I'm not sure, but it may be BG 2 on DVD. You may have to hunt around the specs to find out though...also, you could probably use the Product ID/ISBN number to find it elsewhere.

Upon further inspection, that is not actually BG2 on DVD, it's just in the new fangled DVD casing that everyone is now opting for. It's actually 5 CDs in a DVD case.

http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...sPageName=WDVW

That is the original BG on DVD-ROM. Only 1 day left, and currently selling for dirt cheap.

Couldn't find anything other than that though.
