AFAIK there is no guide for quest progression. A kind of what level should I do this, what level should I do that sort of thing. If there is one, leave a link and quit reading this but if not then keep reading.

I've read where battle X should be taken on at level such and such. Okay, but what about something that puts all of the battles and mini quests in an order that keeps them at a relative challenge. For instance, in my last game I went to the Underdark sooner than usual so I could make it more of a challenge. Well now that I'm back everything else that I normally do before going is ten times easier. Having a certain order could maybe eliminate some battles being a walk in the park.

Hey, I know the easy ones from the hard ones but if someone that knows the game inside and out were to put something together that got the most challenge out of each stop along the way that would be great.

But then again maybe it wouldn't be a good thing. For every different party or solo there would be battles that were more suited to that party's strength's or weaknesses. And with all the mods involved there could be big changes in the difficulty of battles. Maybe that just means it would be a lot of work but I'm sure Volothamp's Compuannce and the Spell Reference guide only took a few minutes .

a) Sounds like far too much effort
b) Would take a lot of fun out of the game for people (oh look, what quests should I do at level 11...)
c) Kills dead all pretence of role playing unless you 'role play' a character found a manual of what quest to do next...

Etc etc

(k)
