I have SoA+ToB installed and i also downloaded the "safe" xp cap remover (i think thats the name). anyway i was wondering can i safely level to any level now? and not loose any special abilities i would get during ToB. im in SoA now and lvl 10-11 i was wondering if its safe to keep leveling and if so how far up?

ok that answers the first part of my question but the other is, is it safe for me to level to whatever level in SoA and still get my bonus abilities

Ok great now i can keep wandering around doing every quest i can. one other question.. Where besides Deidre (bonus merchant) can you buy dispel scrolls? i want to make improved hallowed redeemer but need another dispel magic.
