I coooould be wrong, but if memory serves me well, he is part of the incomplete Haer'Dalis subquests. Trivia note, check out his paintings, you will find one of them strikingly familiar.

I'll do that. I never looked at them that closely and now you've piqued my curiosity. I guess it figures that he was part of some incomplete quest. There seem to have been quite a few of them. If all of these were actually added, the game would have been monstrous (which is amazing, come to think of it, since it's already huge and there's so much you can do). [img]smile.gif[/img]
