PLEASE HELP

I want to make a sword that drains 1 point of dexterity on a hit and 1 point of int (10%chance) from the target to you (lasts 20 secs)and when this happens, it has an effect like when you are attacked (ranged) by a winter wolf, i can do most item editing but absorbing stats and effects happening only on these times, i cannot figure out, any help would be appreciated

I don't have much to go on here.. Give me everything you have on your Extention Header page (Attack Type, et cetera.) I'm assuming you're using one of TBG's editors. I also recommend posting on their Item Editing board, as you're more likely to get quicker aid there
