Hello, just started TOTSC and in the place you start, Ulgoths Beard, there is a store where you can buy niiice spells. Problem is that none of my two mages can learn them..Grrr, annoying to be so close and then not get it. So far, one or the other has been able to learn a spell so I have not missed too many, but here none of them could learn any out of four or five available. I am crying my heart out here. And they were all level four ones as well. Hope I'll run in to some nice spells that the little fekkers can memorise soon.

Ah well...you shouldn't have mages of the same class then!!!

The problem I have in Ulgoths Beard is that I get all excited by the new spells and start buying things, only to find that I've got Priest Scrolls instead of mage spells. Even though I've been through here several times I still make this mistake, so don't worry if you make an error - its only money your wasting.
