how do you get the items/spells into the game after you have made them???

Well, to make it as simple a response as I can, you make the item and spell files and put them into your override folder. Now, technically they are in the game at that point, but where you ask? They are just waiting to be implemented. If you wanted to get your weapon, for instance in the game, you would have to either equip it into a shopkeeper's inventory, put it in a baddie's inventory whom you are going to kill, or simply go into the console and type CLUAConsole:CreateItem("NameOfItemHere",#), where the # is the number you want to make... like a thousand arrows or something.
