I've gone through Baldurs Gate 2 once already and I wasn't able to complete the Crom Faeyr because i couldn't find the girdle of frost giant strength. I now have the official guide and several internet printed guides and I am in the process of going through the game again, but I still cut find it! All the guides say it is located in the deathknight room, but don't actually bother to tell you where it is or how to get to it. Where is this place????
Also I don't suppose anybody knows a CLUAconsole code for the golden pantaloons from the original baldurs gate, as I need them with the other two pairs of pantaloons to get some cool items in ToB, but I never played the origional. Thanks. |

SPOILERS:
> > > > > > > > > > > > > > > The Deathknight room is located in the Kuo-Toa lair in the Underdark (far western side of the underdark map). It's the easternmost room in the lair. To get the Death Knights to appear, you have to: SPOILER AGAIN > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > make a living sacrifice on the altar. BEST BET: summon something and lure it onto the altar. "Spider Spawn" comes in great here. ![]() Cheers,

You might want to make sure you have a summoning wand before you do your little sacrifice. Those particular foes can be very nasty, and the best way to deal with the lot is to offer them a few distractions.

The deathknights *are* nasty, make no mistake about it. It's doable, but expect a very tough fight.
IIRC summons are the key here - something to distract the enemy while your own party whacks them. |

Or some sort of hit-and-run tactic - don´t make the mistake to confront them head on. I tried this on my first attempt and they nearly tore my 11th - 12th level party into pieces ...
