Is it possible to use shadowkeeper and its equivalent editors for the other games to create dwarven paladin's or halfling bard's and other combinations that would otherwise be restricted by race.

Oh yes.

Pends on what you mean by "the other games". You can modify ALOT of stuff in BGII with those programs. If other games is referring to something outside of the BG series, then I'm not sure. There may be a few if they are running the same engine-but dunno.

Since the keeper series is for the infinity engine only, im fairly sure the equivalant keeper program will allow a similar level of changes. beware though - the older keepers might not be quite as sophisticated as shadowkeeper.
