. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Upon leaving the Underdark and while heading back to Atkatla, I was waylayed by Drizzt. He confrontd me with regards to me attacking him during BG1. Does anyone know if this happens to everyone or was I singled out because I actually did kill him in BG1. I can apologize and he accepts and is willing to help me but I was wondering the ramifications of killling him again. Any suggetions or thoughts?

Do as u want...
You can kill him if u want to but then he and his cool friends will not help with the vampires.  Its you choice man..

You were singled out because you did kill him in BG1. I think the game checks to see if you have any of his stuff on your character when you import him into the game, but I am not 100% of this. |

Well all i can say is if u want to b a cheeky bugger and u want his items wwithout losing rep.. then just ask him2 help u, then when hes down there attack him, until hes almost dead then let the Vamps finish him off
 then u gotta fight Macholl Harper though
