Riddle in the sewers

This i my second time playing BG2, and i cant find out were the 4th item is, in the riddle of the sewers. I have the hand, the ring and the staff, but where and what is the 4.th? i have been to a room were i beaten som mushrooms, but there was nothing u could pick up.

So if u could help me,i would be truly greatful.

The last item youre missing is the blood from a true friend.
Go to the old man (dont remember his name) in the sewers. Next to him it is a big bug. (Dont remember this creatures name either!

) Kill it, and you will get the blood.

Ok, thansk for that spoiler! Many of the problems further, looks like they gonna need that sword that u get!
