once u do the quest to get rid of his invunerability, take him out with a quick timestop/imprisonment
funny thing tho.... doing this will of course take you to the pocket plane and say the stuff that ud get said if you really did kill him... but when u get back, you can cast freedom and tada! hes baaaack... |
