I've been playing as a stalker and at lvl 17 without ToB installed, i could back stab at X3, now when i'm in ToB lvl 24 stalker, my backstab gone down to double. WTF?
Also, similar bug with my assassin in the same game as my stalker, when does he supposed to get X7 backstab? he had that at lvl 23 in SOA, but it went down in ToB? Baldurdash has a few fixes for ToB, one of which iirc fixes a problem with backstabs. Perhaps you could have a look and see if they have what you need.

Mhmm...i actually have tried the baldurdash site's stuff, he's got 'lots' of bugfixes including a couple regarding backstabs but they don't seem to fix my particular peculiarity...unfortunately...
