how do you et to level 3 in Watcher's Keep

I defeated the demon after collecting all 4 staffs and doing all 4 rooms on level 2. When I try to go to level 3 through the portal it says a wall of invisible air is still blocking me, What am I doing wrong? Have I forgotten something? Thanks in advance for your expertise.

Are you going through the right portal?

yes and i have already killed the demon. when I try to pass through it says somthing to the efect that a force of air won't let me pass. Did I forget to do something?

Did you get the key from the Chromatic Demon after you destroyed him? That's the key that'll get you out of level 2. Also, I don't know whether this matters or not, but you might want to run back over and turn off the big-ass fan. Maybe that has something to do with it? Don't really know... All you should need to leave the level is the key from the demon. There's only two portals (both in the room with the demon)...one goes back to level 1 and one goes down to level 3.

The key on the floor after you beat him was hard to see I missed it to!
check the floor good for the key where you slayed the Demon

If you press and hold the Tab key, all "treasure" and doors will highlight. Do that to make sure you didn't miss the key.
