Hi everyone! Bauldur's Gate is an older game so I never thought there would still be a forum! Woo-Hoo! I'm happy to find you all! Anyway, on to my problem...
My pc has rarely been able to go through a cut scene in the game without crashing. I have to try about ten times before it will go all the way through. This has not been a huge problem until now. I just got a new 19in. screen and now the game is not making it through even one cut scene. Needless to say, it has haulted my gameplay. BOOHOO...Please help! Thanks! |

[img]graemlins/thewave.gif[/img] as for your problem, first check that you have the latest drivers for your monitor, then check baldurdash for patches (link available from this site), if that fails I'm at a loss sorry

OK, what you need is the patch or patch's to repair the game and stop the crashing. they can be found at http://www.bioware.com/games/baldurs_gate/ next click on the icon [SUPPORT] next click on patches and download the Patch----Baldur's Gate 1.1.4315 canada and U.S. patch & read me __________________________________________________ ____________________ next if you have one of the new style games you may have loaded Direct-X 8 into your computer if so you will also need to download Baldur's Gate Direct X8 patch Hopefully this will save you and your game and if it does then The Crimsom Blade has saved Baldur's Gate Again !!

Hi again the --- readme txt. --- file will tell you how to load the patch into your game and you will live happly ever after and thats the truth
