How do you defeat Melissan, I assume it has something to do with the green pools of essence, but I can only get to one of them. I got her to near death and kept wailing on her for like 500hp after that but nothing. I see no way to activate the other pools please help.

The fact that you got her to Near Death and kept pounding on her for like 500 hp after that (to quote you literally) indicates there's something wrong. What's supposed to happen is that Melissan has a little speech and retreats back to absorb more of the essence. Then you kill off the next pool.
What probably happened is that either you were bashing so hard you prohibited the script from firing when it was due to fire, or a bug hit you. Try reloading to see what happens.

EDIT: And there's no need to post the date and time in your post. It's noticeable above every post made in the forum anyway [img]smile.gif[/img]

thanks, I will give it a try. She did say something but never ran away, maybe she was blocked.

No offense, but there seriously needs to either be a forum change or a lot more spaces beneath a spoiler tag here. I mean, someone who has beaten SOA but hasn't played ToB clicks this link, and will immediately find out that you wind up fighting that person.
