I have this idea floating around, imagine this: You are in the CC in the slums and when you start to leave you hear the "You cannot leave this area until your party is gathered" (or whatever). Standing over to the side is a new character (in my mind a gnome) with the name "Voice-over guy". If you kill the gnome then you no longer hear the annoying sound.
I know its rather sketchy at the moment but I would love to see it, specially with some possable dialogue with the voice-over guy explaining why he follows your party around and does the voice-over.

Theres a fix on baldurdash which overrides this sound file with about 0.01 seconds of silence.

Though you'd have to make everybody in the party fall for such an action, and everyone lose XP, and be turned bright pink, with yellow dots.
I don't realy mind the voice over, you only hear it when your party is scattered. but I can see how it might be anyoing to some, but it has it's uses.

You can tell your party is scatter as the area won't change, and the scattered members come to that point anyway, making it pointless. Anyway, he sounds more like a half-orc to me!
