As I recall the grapes are in a locked drawer in the sort of bedroom place. You need the special key to unlock the drawer.

Another P.S: Unlike every other locked drawer/chest in the game, the one that needs the key will lock by itself every time you close it. Don't tell yourself that the chest would be a good place to store its own key, like *cough* I did.
