Palisade: South-West If you keep on talking to the guy [far left] INSIDE the palisade and choosing the option 2 first, then the last option [well, I got to go], he will give you flame arrows... every time [unless you finish the mission].. these can be sold for gold and you have an endless supply. Just something I found while playing...
