Best new npc

I was just wondering which new (downlodable-only or from larger mods) do you think are the best? I vote for Chloe and a sorcerer (i dont know if Tashia is better than Kelsey)

My opinion can't carry much weight on the issue, as Kelsey is the only one I've tried. But just going on word-of-mouth about all the other MODded NPCs, I'd still go with Kelsey.
