Uhhuhhh... Chaotic Commands

I have noticed that my clerics target ENEMIES with the spell at times...
Anyone who could tell me why in all earth they do that?

...because you're targeting a red-circled creature with the spell? Usually you have to pick a target with Chaotic Commands. Can you give us a situation where this happened? And did you have the game paused when you cast the spell?

well, i´m fighting some enemies in the sewers of Saradush, and then, when i´m concentrating on my fighters, i find that my "Cleric Aggressive" cleric casts Chaotic Commands on an HOSTILE orc...
And this has been happening in other places too.

And dont think i´m just bad with the mouse; it has happened in places where i haven´t even touched the cast spell button.
Like when i was talking to the mage on the wall of saradush, all of a sudden the cleric shoots an Chaotic Commands spell somewhere, somewhere OVER the wall, at a Firegiant me thinks...

Myeah... I always advise people not to use scripts, so there you go. [img]smile.gif[/img] Even without mistakes like this one they're poor enough.

Reminds me of a common glitch in IWD2, where hostile Orc Shamen will frequently cast Cure Minor Wounds on YOUR wounded party members.

Doesn't Cleric Agressive just cast any spell randomly from your memorized spell list? Perhaps this is why that happened, although it wouldn't make sense since there would be a chance of casting a heal spell on an enemy. So I'd take it that it's a bug, and, like already said, don't use the scripts

Yeah, the scripts just spare you some headache in minor encounters you know. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Ah well, i guess i´ll have to take the scripts off or have all the better spells wasted before i want them to be...

Maybe you didn't use the 'Agrresive' script for your cleric, but instead the 'Traitor' script
