I´ thinking about doing the game with a solo character.

Which Class will do best ? I prefer mage or mage-combos.

Do u really never take any npc ? (expect for Quests)

Should I create an ToB-Char and use it for SoA or will normal exp do ?

My personal fave is a swashbuckler/mage dual. Dual the swahsbuckler at level 20. He has a rubbish thaco coz thieves thacos are too crap, but he gets + 5 to hit and damage anyway and - 5 to ac. 3 slots in dual wield and 3 level 9 spells (5 of everything else). His thief skills are high too coz swashbucklers get 25 per level. If you want a smooth solo ride try it! I never like soloing when I can't disarm traps, or pick locks without "knock."

I use shadowkeeper to make him wear mage robes too, a human mage dual wielding scimitars looks awesome

You don't even need to take NPCs for Quests. All of the big sidequests that involve NPCs (e.g. Nalia or Haer'Dalis) don't require you to have them in your party at any point. The smaller NPC quests that require them to be in your party can easily be skipped. Remember that when you are solo, exp gained is only divided by one person, so you will have plenty of experience even without doing every quest.

You could also consider a cleric/mage multi-class. They are a little weak at the start, but later on they get quite powerful--you can prep for melee by casting mage protections, then don your plate armor and still be able to use cleric spells in battle. Spell sequencers and contigencies can also be very interesting since you can put either cleric or mage spells in them (or combinations of the two--one small example would be link a doom and chromatic orb into a spell sequencer).

Sorcerers are very easy to solo if you understand how to uber them. If not, a simpler solo might be better. In my experience, fighter/thieves, cavaliers, swashbucklers (single class) and fighter/mage/thieves are amongst the simplest, easiest classes to solo. If this is your first time through (as I assume it is), avoid dual-classes. In order to properly solo dual-classes requires planning and quest management, which can be more difficult for less experienced players.

In my regular group I have a human swashbuckler / mage dual-class, and I´m very pleased with him.
But for soloing a sorcerer could be interesting.

But did you start with regular exp. or ToB-boosted ?

IMHO it's definitely better to start with normal XP (or TotSC boosted) as ToB XP is what you should have at the END of SoA. Taking a lvl17 mage through Irenicus' dungeon means: Death Spell on the Kobolds, ADhW on the annoying mephits in the Air Pocket Plane,...
You will soon see that it is just to overpowered. Some classes can even get HLAs at the beginning of ToB and GWW is just overkill even for the fearsome Oltyough.

Start with ToB experience?! How did you get that idea? No, just start with SoA experience and use a F/M ; F/T ; F/M/T or a sorcerer if you know how.
