Minsc. A force for evil?

I'm starting an evil run through BG2. But with myself as a cleric, Edwin and Jan, I have only Korgan as a tank. Would it be possible to use Minsc? My thinking is that someone so dumb and trusting would easily be manipulated.

Is there any conflicts due to alignment I need to know about, preventing me from *using* him?

As anybody else roleplayed an evil party using him?

Minsc is trouble in an evil party, especially using Edwin. Have you ever played BG1? If so, you will know why Minsc and Edwin do not get along. On top of that, he'll mouth off and eventually leave if you do enough evil acts.

Honestly, go with what you have. If you are cautious enough, and do enough pickpocketing and stealing from shops (why buy when you can steal?

), you can do just fine with four people. In fact, you will level up quicker (very good if you have ToB installed).

Don't be so "evil" with Minsc in your party. He complains a lot when your rep goes down to 9, and leaves around 7 or 8.

u want an evil tank dont ya?well, whenever the time is possible, equip viconia with the belt of 'whatever' strength thats gives you 18 or 19 strenght.or if u already have the mighty Crom Faeyr,use it and use the belt of fortitude for her lacking cons.there, u will get a super nice tank, and the good thing is, shes EVIL.

used this path before a few times in a good/neutral party. but after a few goes I've realised that Anomen is the only half decant cleric *voice off* to take all the way through TOB.

Well Baron Night.. It's kinda hard to equip two girdles at once

Other than that, I think you could try Viconia for a tank.

[img]graemlins/hehe.gif[/img] i didn't mean : equiping the two girdle at once.but : if u have the hammer thing, use the improving cons girdle thing, but if u dont have the damn hammer, use the improving strength thing.and yes, ive tried her for a tank, in a n evil party of course.really great
