Can Imomen get 9th level spells?

Imonen has 2 mill exp in the Underdark City, Ch 5. She needs 3 mill to cast 9th level spells. Is that doable (without cheating) by game's end? I finished most of the optional quests in Ch 2 and 3.

Yes, she can.

That is, Imoen can cast level 9 spells off the scroll.

Level 9 spells can't be usably memorized by mages in SoA. The only way this is possible is to pry the experience cap off and hope that some mod-writer out there wrote in a way to give spell slots to level 18+ mages.

I didn't see a need to memorize any of the level 9 spells anyway. If you go into any major fight in SoA with some sort of tactical plan, you'll usually win the battle. Level 9 spells are cute additions to a mage's firepower, but the bulk of your late-game spell power will come from your 6-8 level spells.
