I'm creating an Assassin who will eventually get the HLA Use Any Item. When reading a scroll (I assume thieves can do that with Use Any Item?), if your wisdom is below 13, do you have a % chance of casting failure?

No, Wisdom-based Spell Failure isn't implemented in the game (#142...
 ), so you have nothing to worry about.Oh, and... I'm back! [img]smile.gif[/img]
