I'm not sure if anyone knows about him, as I just found him myself, but what should I do with dragon in watchers keep? I'm a mostly good party(With some neutrals), and my Char is a Paladin. Should I destroy him, or should he live? Also, what goodies does he have? Thanks!

Ah, the great Saladrex? He doesn't do anything but to give you information. And if you're a good party, you should just leave him be. But if you go back to him a bit later, he'll have some more things to say, and (IIRC) he may turn hostile on you if you say the right things. Then you'll have a good excuse to kill him.

Also, he drops one (quite) good thing, the Staff of the Ram +4.

Well, there are many obvious choices in the dialogue, like the one that goes something like this: "Does dragons taste like chickens? Never mind, I'll find it out myself."
But as that would make you the one who came with the challenge, you might want to avoid that. IIRC, just keep grilling him with questions about WK and the Imprisoned One, and he will become bored of you after a while.

Hmm...maybe if I cast detect evil, and evil is found, that could be a valid excuse to kill him!

Saladrex will definetly prove as evil, as his alignment is Chaotic Evil.

Well, you can use the excuse I did and tell him he's beyond paranoid and should be removed from the plane, but that's just me He also has a certain stick on him that becomes quite useful to mages as you find out from then on, but no spoils from me

I just went in with blades flashing and killed him. Didn't seem to have any negative cosequences.

There is no negative consequences (unless he chunkifies your party ).
People are trying to find a roleplaying reason (read: excuse) to kill him. But he is quite friendly, haughty, but friendly. Few people kill dragons just because of their skin (ahhh, scale) color.
