Well.. you've got yourself a Cavalier, so Keldorn wouldn't be an option. Tashia (she's a sorceress right?) is your mage part, so that would make Aerie obsolete as well.. I would probably go for Cernd (nice spell-capabilities and his Greater Wolfwere form can kick ass) Something like that..

Xen, go with some characters you've never used before - it makes the game a lot more fun!

Because your a goody 2 shoes, don't pick out any of the Evil npcs if your role-playing (if EoU is installed, never mind then).

You have

- Cavalier, Main tank
- Tashia, Sorceres

Optional NPCS

- Solaufein (Great Guy!), tank/mage
- Viconia (Lets go Drow), the best priest
- ToB NPC

You only miss a thief, but that isn't a must.

I say go for Anomen. He is a good tank, and, believe it or not, a better priest than Viconia, after he've passed his test.
Then you only lack a thief, which isn't really much of a problem. If you really want one, though, go for Yoshi & Imoen.

Imoen - She’s why you came all this way after all and her thief skills are more than adequate

Solaufein – Great tank/spellcaster and interesting to boot

Anomen – Great tank and best cleric in the game

With Tashia you’ll be magic heavy but that just means you will rule in ToB

You could always try Jaheira - good tank with the right equipment and good healer. Plus she gets a very powerful anti mage spell at high levels.

Or, how about Mazzy - excellent at ranged attacks ?

Mazzy is actually an excellent backup for you in the fighting department (she adds strong missile abilities and decent backup tank abilities). If you like backstabbing, add Valygar, both for the backstabbing and the interactions he has with Mazzy. Imoen just fits simply because, playing your character, you would rescue and add her back into the party. This gives you a thief and a mage to backup Tashia. Anomen is also solid for clerical and backup warrior. Adding these four will give you a well-rounded party that pretty much covers all of the bases.

Of course, I also agree with the idea of trying different characters that you have not tried before. I never played with Mazzy and Valygar before I played with a cavalier, and now I really like what they bring to the party. Try different characters and see what fits.

Jan Janson I would say, never go anywhere without a thief.
