i want a char with katana profiences wich char is best with katanas? valygar is the only one i can think of

Yeah, as an NPC Valygar is most proficient with katana's. You can also make your protagonist uber-good with katana's as well of course.

Or you can make Mazzy or Korgan GM in Katanas (but it will take a little time).

Valygar is very good dual wielding his famly blade in his off hand and the celestial fury in his main hand. very good combo.
