Nope, there's an ioun-stone though .. but I think you dont get it untill ToB ..

If you have ToB, the MoLtM in Watcher's Keep lvl 4 can raise most of your stats by one if you know how to use it.

as i said in the other forum, "theres always that tome from BG1", though thats not gonna help in SoA.
