I am just wondering how to get to the sahuagin city? I must of missed it the first time,and is there alot important stuff there?

There are none important items, there are some very useful, though.
 To get there, you must go with Saemon out of the Asylum after your first fight with Irenicus. If you want maps with locations and spoilers, try Mike's RPG Center.
