How do you make your own party? i know you can make one on the multiplayer game but you cant start any game if not another computer is whit...

The only way IS with multiplayer.
 Just start up a new one alone, make all your characters, start playing, and save the game early. Then go to your main BG2-folder, open the folder called 'mpsaves', copy your saved game, and put it in the folder 'saves' instead.

i dont really recomend it though. it makes the game that much more boring, i mean, the dialogues are sometimes really funny(especially with jan jansen and edwin). also, there would be no romance option. finally, it makes the way too easy for my liking. still, even with a party made by youre self, bg2 is the best game.
