Hello all. Its been quite some time since i've played BG, and longer sice i've been to these forums. First off, i can't seem to find a "Search" option that use to exist.
Anyway, my question is this, I started a ToB game by making a new character. Then when i tried getting Yoshimo to be summoned, I was unable. Is it possible, if you play through SoA in the proper way, to have Yoshimo available when in the pocket plane? Its a pity if not. I've played through SoA twice, but always removed Yoshimo from my party before heading to Spellhold. Thankyou, Dulouz. |

i don't think it's possible, If you send him to the coppercornet he just dies when you come back.
btw search option has been disable cause the forums to big

Right, i've always just sent him on his way to see him die in the Copper Coronet later. But if you keep him, he betrays you, and you do the thing with his heart then you still cannot summon him in ToB?

nah, cause he's not ressurctable, He's got no heart, the body needs to be pretty maintained for resurrection to work

There is no way Yoshimo can be summoned by the Statues of Fate, but I strongly believe (I've never actually done it, but I'm rather sure it can be done) that you CAN have him in your party in ToB, but only by taking him through SoA. There are at least 2 loopholes that enable you to keep Yoshimo after Spellhold. I really should test this, and find out just what he says to Irenicus before the final battle....probably nothing, of course, but you never know.
